HOUSE RULES
Before you enter Colin Treburgle's abandoned cottage, there are a few house rules you need to be aware of!

The aim of the game is to escape the room as quickly as you can.
Using teamwork, cunning, and every ounce of your inner super sleuth, you have a maximum of one hour to follow the clues, find the key and escape the room.

We've answered our most FAQs to ensure you have the best time while you are with us at Bolted Escape Rooms in St Austell:
Are the rooms suitable for children?

Our rooms can be played by children over 10 years of age, though some themes within the rooms have mildly scary elements, so please bear this in mind when making your booking. Some areas are low lit and some smoke and strobe effects are used. Players under 16 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Please contact us if you have any questions about suitability for your party.
Are we really locked in?

No! There will always be an unlocked door in each room, so you will be able leave the room if you need to use the toilet or take a break. If you fail to 'escape' within the hour, you may be given a little extra time to complete your room (if you're very close).
What facilities are there on site?

We have customer toilets on site, as well as disabled facilities. Cold drinks are available to buy before or after your game.
How much does it cost to play?

Our rooms are priced according to the number of players.
2 players: £50.00 (£25.00 per person)
3 players: £60.00 (£20.00 per person)
4 players: £70.00 (£17.50 per person)
5 players: £80.00 (£16.00 per person)
6 players: £90.00 (£15.00 per person)
What happens if we run out of time?

If you don't manage to crack the clues and find the key in time (maximum of 1 hour), one of our friendly members of staff will unlock the door and let you out! We promise!
They won't tell you where you went wrong though. Better luck escaping next time!
When are the Escape Rooms open?

We are open 7 days a week with escape room bookings available from 10am - 6pm
